Palais Royale is the first among the top 10 tallest buildings in India. This building is constructed on the land which was previously owned by Shree Ram Mills Ltd.
The construction permit was provided in 2005 and construction was started in 2008. Later it faced a lot of complications but in 2019, Honest shelters company bought the incomplete site for Rs. 705 crores. And then the construction process began.
On completion, the building will have 120 apartments and its size ranging from 740 to 1,300 sq. m.
