Property Rates in Delhi
In the Delhi-NCR real estate markets, the majority of homebuyers continue to favor ready-to-move homes, while demand has shifted sharply toward premium and luxury housing.
The affordability index for Delhi-NCR has been supported by stable home loan interest rates (around 7.10%–7.50%) even though property prices have increased.

Housing prices increased by 12–15% annually during the first quarter of 2026 across the region, driven by strong premium demand.
The biggest price increase among top localities was experienced in Golf Course Road, Gurugram, with a 22.6% year-on-year increase.
Property rates in Delhi for residential properties have been on the rise, surpassing previous records as a result of rising construction costs and a high demand for luxury floors.
Also, factors like the Dwarka Expressway, new Metro corridors, and the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor continue to help real estate buyers decide between home-buying options.
Real Estate Overview of Delhi 2026

The presence of India’s government administrative and democratic structure in New Delhi has contributed to the development of a multicultural city that attracts residents from many racial and cultural backgrounds.
According to the latest quarterly report, India’s real estate market sales have risen, with Delhi-NCR recording a 30% increase in housing sales in Q1 2026.
Gurugram dominated the market with 73% of the new residential project launches, followed largely by Greater Noida and Noida, while South Delhi saw price hikes in limited luxury inventory.
With the demand for premium homes continuing to grow, the market mood in Delhi-NCR remains highly positive entering the mid-year period.
In the first quarter of 2026, average capital values rose by 8–20% in key micro-markets and by 12–15% on an annual basis.
In micro-markets like Gurugram’s Golf Course Road, Dwarka Expressway, and New Gurgaon, prices are on the rise due to improved infrastructure.
Flexible payment options, such as 10:90 plans and deferred payments, are available to homebuyers as sales incentives, which remain a key factor in deciding property rates in Delhi-NCR.
