Advantages

It is a very good project located on the new link road. The best thing iis, Malad station is nearby. Just 10mins away.

Disadvantages

Roads are narrow somehow. So there are lot of traffic jams and nuisance.

Advantages

The project is superb especially because the area around is peaceful. Malls and supermarkets are nearby. Walkable distance.

Disadvantages

There are lot of business parks and office complexes around. Because of this, there are unmanageable crowds and traffic jams.

It is an excellent project, especially for people who are looking for a big city living. Connectivity is good. Orlem Church and bus stations are within walkable distance.

Disadvantages

The traffic could be better regulated. People break signals and it creates havoc.

Advantages

The project is very good. Mindspace and other IT parks are nearby. Be it public amenities or transport, everything is at walkable distance. So the connectivity is good.

Disadvantages

No negatives as such. I have been in this locality for more than 6 months. Am good and at peace here.

The property is designed in a very comforting manner. It has luxurious facilities also. Such as BBQ Lawn, Pocket Gardens, Jacuzzi, Studios, etc. Connectivity is also good here. Share autos are also available everywhere.

There are only traffic problems here. Nothing else so far.

Advantages

The property is in a very peaceful and ventilated area where there is a lot of greenery. The neighborhood is very amazing. We don't have to go far away for our necessary kinds of stuff. Mainly, medical services and food stalls are in plenty.

Disadvantages

Most of the roads are packed with street vendors. So when there are heavy traffic jams, especially at the station side, it gets difficult to clear them up.

Advantages

The property is very luxurious. This locality has very cool and pleasant environment. Flats are modern with great amenities such as BBQ lawns, pool cabanas, Jacuzzis, a yoga studio, an arts and crafts studio. Residents can experience a royal living. Excellent BMC gardens available for one to relax and calm themselves. Malad has one of the best street food. Connectivity is superb. 2Kms from Malad and Kandivali. Malls and supermarkets are at walkable distance. Malad-Goregaon railway station are just 10mins drive from the project.

Advantages

Project is awesome. Rooms are spacious and lavish. Separate fitness centre for each tower. Ambiance is very pleasing here especially because of the green spaces. It gives the perfect space to relax and breathe fresh air. Ample of food outlets availability. Auto, cabs and buses are available in good frequency. One can go to railway station by sharing autos or by buses easily. There is no problem like traffic jam as such.

Malad is in North Mumbai. Malad's railway station on the Western line (Mumbai Suburban Railway) of the Mumbai Suburban Railway, resting between Kandivali station to the north and Goregaon station to the south.
