Advantages

I visited the sample flat recently and was blown away by the height. It makes a huge difference, the rooms feel twice as large as a standard apartment. The private lift lobby plan for the units is the cherry on top. If you want a 'South Mumbai' feel in Malad, this is it.

Location-wise, you can't beat this one. Being just a few minutes from the Valnai-Meeth Chowky Metro Station will be a huge plus for my daily office commute to Andheri. The connectivity to Link Road is amazing, and having Infiniti Mall so close will make my weekend worthwhile.
