Advantages

Project is great. Residents here can experience one of the best residential sports facilities in the country within the vicinity. Rooms are very spacious. It is a luxurious standard lifestyle here. Amenities are pretty modern-like here. For example, Private jacuzzi, Pool with temperature control, Fingerprint Access, Cafeteria/Food Court, Guest lobby in each floor, etc. They have the best dining restaurants in the locality. Connectivity is good. Public transport has good frequency and locality is easy accessible.

Advantages

It is an excellent project. There’s ample greenery around. It’s very peaceful and best place for relaxation. Residents can experience wonderful views that gives peace of mind. Great sports facilities as well. Enjoy views of the Sea Link and Mahalaxmi Race Course. There’s organised structure and all facilities available. The project is pretty close to the Jain temple. Mode of transportation is very easy.
