Advantages

Project is grand like. We can enjoy excellent views of Mahalaxmi Racecourse and Arabian Sea. Amenities are extremely classy. There’s finest restaurants, coolest cafe's, retail and entertainment just a walk away. High street Phoenix, Senapati Bapat Marg and all is just at walking distance. Just 1min walk we can say. Availability of public transport like autos and cabs including private cabs are frequent.

It is an awesome property. There are luxurious amenities here. Surroundings usually remain happening and crowded. Fitness and recreational activities are at your doorstep. Lodha’s ensure the residents have an active as well as luxurious lifestyle here. There’s excellent connectivity. Lower Parel Railway Station and Senapati Bapat Marg is closeby. It is a very attractive location overall.
