This sea-view apartment is in the Indiabulls Blu project and Calleis Land Development Private Limited has sold the apartment to Madhuri Dixit.
The sales value of the flat at close to Rs 90,000 per square foot, placing it among the greatest residential unit deals in terms of cost made this year anywhere in the country.
Since the buyer is a woman, the agreement gets a 1% reduced stamp duty of 5%. The Maharashtra government offered a 1% reduction in the current stamp duty rate for female homeowners in 2021.

Earlier this year, the actress signed a lease for a second 5,500 square feet luxurious apartment with a sea view on the 29th rise of the same building. The lease had a 36-month total term. The property on the 30th livable floor of the building was priced at that transaction at approximately Rs 94,500 per square foot.
