Advantages

We moved into Phase 1 three years ago, and the biggest win is the carpet area. Vardhman Garden offers rooms where you can actually fit a king-size bed and a wardrobe comfortably. The Balcony views toward the Saket side are a peaceful bonus.

I’ve been tracking the progress of the Balkum Metro Station, and it’s literally a 3-5 minute walk from the gate. Once that line opens fully, I expect property rates here to jump. It’s an excellent choice for anyone who wants a 'Ready-to-Move' flat without the high GST of a brand-new launch.
