Advantages

Visited the site last week. The building design looks impressive, but Mumbai's humidity and heat will shoot AC bills. Parel traffic congestion during peak hours is a nightmare, but it's a plus point that the railway and metro are nearby. The open space claim seems exaggerated when you see the actual tower density. But the property is worth it for the Parel location.

Advantages

Looking this over along with two other Parel luxury projects before deciding. The Vaastu-compliant homes are solid for my family. Pricing is okay for the South Mumbai luxury segment. Eastern Express Highway is also near. The amenities sound appealing, but the actual maintenance quality over the years is uncertain.
