Advantages

Visited the site with my parents. They loved the jogging track and the landscaped gardens. For me, the value for money is good considering all the amenities and the size of the apartments. Looking forward to moving in and start our lives here.

Advantages

We have been looking for a 3 BHK for a long time, and Siddha Waterfront’s layout really appeals to us. Lots of natural light and good ventilation is available. The green surroundings and lake make it feel like a retreat away from the city hustle.

Connectivity is quite decent, so many train stations nearby, plus B.T. Road is right beside. For someone working in the city but wanting a quieter stay, this seems like a smart option.

Advantages

What impressed me most was the IGBC Silver certification. It shows they care about sustainability. The clubhouse is massive, and there’s a spot for everything: yoga, reading, kids play. Definitely a well-planned project in a nice neighbourhood.
