Advantages

I've been doing site visits every month since booking and the progress is decent but not exceptional. The foundation work took longer than expected which pushed timelines by about 3 months. What I like is that they're not cutting corners on materials from what I can see. The RCC quality looks solid and the plumbing fixtures they've installed in the sample flat are good brands. My only gripe is parking allocation feels tight for a premium project and the roads there needs serious work before possession.

Advantages

We already stay in Runwal Garden City next door so buying in Manhattan made sense for our parents. The shared clubhouse is genuinely nice and well maintained which gives me confidence. However the Metro station is still under construction and auto drivers charge extra. The layout of our 2BHK is practical with no wasted corridor space. My concern is whether the current water supply and electricity can handle 3 more towers because we already face issues during summer. Otherwise solid project from a builder we trust.
