Advantages

The property is excellent. We get a feeling of comfort while being a resident here. Amenities are very good. For example, spa section, multi-level swimming pool and children’s park. There’s everything for entertainment and relaxation. It’s a peaceful residential locality mainly for people considering easy and quick access to all types of amenities at budget pricing.

The locality and the property, both are so good that they make this place perfect for living. There are awesome views from your balcony. Amenities are great here. Such as butterfly garden, fish pond, flower tunnel and many more. Enjoy easy access to Mumbai–Nashik Highway. The environment is good here. Schools are nearby so it's good for the students. There are even good education facilities. There is no traffic jam and even a good public transport in this locality. Even markets are at a walkable distance.
