Advantages

I recently visited Raheja Solaris and it is a fantastic residential project with a wide range of amenities. The clubhouse and swimming pool are excellent for recreation, and the connectivity to major transportation hubs is a big plus point for residents.

Advantages

Raheja Solaris offers a great lifestyle with its well-maintained facilities. However, the maintenance charges are relatively high, and there might be better soundproofing required between units as noise can be an issue.

Advantages

We booked 4 BHK at Raheja Solaris which is a very nicely designed and spacious apartment. The project is just next to the Sion- Panvel highway and proximity to Juinagar and Sanpada railway stations makes commuting hassle-free.

Advantages

Raheja Solaris is a well-planned community with a range of amenities for all age groups. I am a little concerned about parking space in development, residents with more than one vehicle might required to pay extra for parking.

Advantages

I am planning to book a flat in Raheja Solaris. I have my office in BKC and it is an easy drive away from here. The project is close to the Sion Panvel Highway. Top colleges and universities are also near this area, which make it a good location for my family.
