Advantages

I was mainly looking at it from an investment perspective. Karjat is developing fast and demand for plots is increasing. Since this project is by a known developer, it feels safer compared to buying open land from local sellers. The connectivity through Karjat Railway Station and access to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway makes it promising for future price growth. I believe this area has strong appreciation potential.
