Advantages

We moved in about four months ago and honestly, the views were worth every rupee. Our 3 BHK faces the Upvan Lake side, and on clear mornings, you can see Yeoor Hills stretching out in the distance. The apartment gets great natural light and stays ventilated because it's open on three sides. It doesn't feel like a typical Thane building at all. Far quieter and more peaceful than we expected.

Advantages

Having just two apartments per floor makes a real difference to daily life. Our floor has one neighbor, that's it. No crowded lifts, no noise from multiple families on the same level, no strangers outside your door. For someone who moved from a regular Thane building with eight flats per floor, this feels like a completely different standard. I didn't think it would matter this much, but it genuinely does.
