Advantages

Got a job transfer from Pune to Mumbai office near Powai. Don't know the city well so went with Marathon flat, as I know the brand since few years. The 1BHK at the price is what I could afford with home loan. Nahur station is only 10 minutes away which connects to my office. The clubhouse and gym will help me make friends in new city. Booked three weeks back and construction looks on track.

Advantages

I'm 24 and working at Godrej in Vikhroli. Was paying 15000 rent monthly which felt like waste. The studio will fit my budget perfectly. My parents helped with down payment. The kids play area and indoor games will be nice. LBS Marg is literally 10 minutes away which is good for travel. First property purchase feels exciting and scary both.
