Advantages

I always wanted to buy a good flat in vikhroli with good amenities and connectivity. Lodha group is the best developer to trust while buying homes. Their planning for amenities is always extraordinary. I’m looking forward to the execution of the banquet hall, kids' play area and mini theatre in the residence. I hope they dont charge a lot for maintenance.

Advantages

The connectivity from this place is incredible with eastern express highway, metro and railway stations nearby. The planning of the flats is really good with the utilization of the carpet area. Some project face the leakage problems in mumbai. Lodha will take care of them i guess. Otherwise the project is great.
