Advantages

The Lodha group are really expanding their empire by taking over the sea face area. The views of the Arabian Sea and hanging gardens in this project will be fun to wake up to. The curation and planning of the interior and exterior design are wonderful. Of course, it is of great quality because it's Lodha. It has incredible views and a very high-standard locality around.

Advantages

The flats here are very well planned with the utilization of the carpet area. I am looking forward to living with my family. The locality is really good, with privacy and security provided by the developers. I just hope there won't be any leakage problems in the monsoon. Otherwise the amenities are great.
