Advantages

I like that this project is part of a vast residential complex, where everything is right next door! There is a school, retail space, temple, and such right within its premises.

Advantages

I got a nice 2 BHK here at a good deal, and it's quite airy and well-ventilated on the inside. The property is quite vast with a huge clubhouse and other good amenities too.
