Advantages

The connectivity here is a huge plus. Being just a minute away from NH-48 and so close to the Dwarka Expressway makes my commute to Cyber City very manageable. I’m currently finalising the paperwork for a 4 BHK.

I was looking for something that wasn’t a concrete jungle. The fact that 90% of the ground area is vehicle-free and they have dedicated air purifiers in the units really sold me. It’s a very thoughtful design for Gurgaon’s environment.
