Advantages

I work at Ashar IT Park, and Dosti 604 will be perfect for my commute. I will literally save 2 hours a day. The price per square foot is on the higher side for Wagle Estate, but the time saved and the brand value make it worth every penny.

The view of Yeoor Hills is unmatched in Thane. The floor plans are very efficient with minimal wastage. My only concern is the possession timeline, I am eagerly waiting for it to complete. Great for long-term planning.
