I visited the plot last month and the first thing that hit me was just how much greenery is around you. Each plot has somewhere around 50 trees, and the bio-fences between plots give it a private feel. It does not look or feel like a typical gated layout. You genuinely feel like you are buying into a piece of land that breathes.
