Advantages

There are literal stores and supermarkets beneath the building. Just 100 mtrs walk ahead and you will find yourself surrounded with ample stores and grocery options. Isnt that great, we loved the locality, quiet and calm. More landmarks are being built around the locality, that is one added benefit.

Advantages

A must buy project. I have three reasons to say so- my kids’ colleges are both 9-10 minutes away. Our office is literally only a 20 minute drive, via road. Earlier we used to commute every day for an hour, struggling with the traffic. And thirdly, my aging mother gets some workout as engaging and open spaces are provided with amenities, keeping senior citizens in mind.
