Advantages

The biggest draw for me is the location. Being right on Pokhran Road No. 2 means we are minutes away from the Eastern Express Highway. With the Manpada Metro station coming up almost at the doorstep, the ease of travel to Mumbai is going to be excellent.

I really liked the floor plans here. Unlike many new towers in Thane, Opulus has a very thoughtful layout that ensures good privacy. The 3 BHK units particularly have great cross-ventilation.
