The Kaamdhenu Builders

Kaamdhenu Builders is a real estate developer based in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The group entered the real estate sector in 1976 under the vision of the late Shri Anantram Sabhlok, later spearheaded by Mr. Satish A. Sablok. They have delivered MES, PWD, CPWD, railway, and other government construction projects from 1955 to 1985. Since then, they have developed many residential and commercial properties across Navi Mumbai. Today, the group is led by Mr. Punit Sabhlok and has completed 70+ landmarks across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Some of their known projects include Kamdhenu Aura, Kamdhenu Excelencia, and Kamdhenu 23 West. Kaamdhenu Builders continues to develop projects in locations like Nerul, Roadpali, Dronagiri, and Karanjade while serving more than 10,000 families.
