Advantages

Got a job transfer from Nashik to Mumbai office near Powai. Don't know the city well but the sales team helped me to figure out what’s best for me. The 1BHK is what I could afford. Bhandup Railway Station is 10 minutes and Kanjurmarg Station also 10 minutes giving backup options. The location is just besides the LBS Road which gives good highway connectivity. Booked three weeks back. Nervous about Mumbai but excited.

Advantages

I'm 26 and working at Godrej in Vikhroli. Earlier I was paying 18K rent monthly which felt wasteful. The 1BHK here fit my budget with home loan. My parents helped with down payment. The swimming pool, gym and jogging track will be nice. Metro is 5 minutes which is convenient for my daily travel. Excited for the possession.
