Around the course of the lease, Aryan will spend over Rs 2.89 crore in rent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The security deposit for the lease was paid by the actor in the amount of Rs 45 lakhs, and there will be an annual rent increase of 7%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The rent will be 7.5 lakhs in the first year and will rise to approximately 8.58 lakhs in the third year of the lease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The flat is 3.681 square feet in size and is located in the basement and ground floor of the Praneta residence along Juhu Tara Road. According to the documents discovered by Zapkey.com, Aryan will also receive privileged access to two parking spaces as terms of the leasing arrangement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While Mira Kapoor signed the contract in place of her spouse Shahid Kapoor, the actor has rented the condo via his mother Mala Tiwari.
