If the visits by the BDA Bangalore development authority to Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout (NPKL) are any indication, it appears that the BDA has made the unfortunate individuals who purchased sites there the subject of the celebration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kumar Naik G, the BDA Commissioner, visited NPKL to look over the ongoing construction. Recall that the layout’s absence of basic infrastructure prevented the bulk of people who purchased sites there from building their dream homes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The site allottee addressed the Karnataka assembly committee on the plea after circling for five years, seeking justice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Along with visiting NPKL, the committee also gave the BDA instructions to complete the continuing development work on the layout as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe appreciate how carefully the assembly committee on appeals headed by Suresh Kumar oversaw and guided the BDA.\u201d Surya Kiran, a spokeswoman for NPKL Open Forum, said, \u201cWe are also appreciative to the BDA Commissioner for issuing all remaining permits in the past 2 months, which was the primary reason for no movement in the last two years\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

He claimed that Naik had weekly review sessions with all teams, which were really helpful for the advancement of the job.<\/span><\/p>\n

The challenges and approvals pertaining to the engineering team have all been resolved, and it is hoped that work will be finished soon. We need the 1,400 acres of land acquisition concerns to be resolved by the BDA Commissioner so that the plan is consistent. More people are required for the land acquisition team, he declared.<\/span><\/p>\n

The BDA acquired the land, which included 12 villages, between Bangalore-Mysore Road & Bangalore-Magadi Road in 2014: Kannelli, Seegehalli, Manganhalli, Sulikere, Ramasandra, Kodigehalli, Kommaghatta, Bheenamkuppe, Ramasangara, Komeghatta Khrishnasagara and Challaghatta.<\/span><\/p>\n

The road measures 10.57 km in length and 100 m in width. The layouts are connected by service roads & boulevards on either side, and four rotaries cross from one side to another. All nine of the layout blocks will have access to this road.<\/span><\/p>\n

To stop the road from breaking and to make maintenance easier, the BDA has suggested installing a special RCC utility conduit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The utility ducts are lined with electricity cables, freshwater pipes, and recycled water pipes. In the future, telephone cables, TV cable networks, GAIL gas networks, and OFC networks may all be installed using the same ducts.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
