{"id":814,"date":"2023-01-05T07:30:01","date_gmt":"2023-01-05T07:30:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.homebazaar.com\/news\/?p=814"},"modified":"2023-01-05T07:30:01","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T07:30:01","slug":"maharera-relaxes-rules-to-speed-up-construction-of-rural-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.homebazaar.com\/news\/maharera-relaxes-rules-to-speed-up-construction-of-rural-real-estate\/","title":{"rendered":"MahaRERA Relaxes Rules to Speed up Construction of Rural Real Estate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To simplify the RERA registration requirements, the MahaRERA (Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority) has created a few new measures for plotted development projects under the control of state Gram Panchayats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to recent changes, certificates for non-agricultural (NA) projects will now be regarded as Commencement Certificates (CC).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A completion certificate (OC), which is required to notify RERA that the project is finished, will also be denoted by receipt of the tehsildar acknowledgement notification, signed by the project architect, following fulfilment and execution of all obligations placed by the competent authority.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For RERA registration, developers often need to provide both CC and OC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The incorporation of any project requires these credentials.
