If any things found contradictory or inappropriate as per the Act will be void.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">However, MahaRERA has allowed updates in the agreements for sale, such changes need to be highlighted and mentioned in the deviation sheet and uploaded such chantor to allow the allottee to get a proper and sufficient understanding of those.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Secretary of MahaRERA said \u201cThe needed agreements are not according to the RERA model form. Liability of the builder for structural defects of up to 5 years, obtaining occupancy certificate, society arrangements, and execution of registered conveyance deed in support of society are some of the non-negotiable data.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These documents make the sale completion process effortless and convenient.
