The 41st floor is the rooftop with a grill, dining area, well-designed lounge seating facility, and outdoor seating.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the fun of residence, they have built a game room that has a pool table, poker table, games tabletop, and much other fun and play equipment. For those who do physical activities, they have a fitness centre with all of the latest matrix equipment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These all are hints that Seattle has emerged as the real estate hub and many bigger projects are lined up there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the past, it was owned by Vancouver, Washington-based Holland residential. It has properties in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, and California.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kiara skyscraper is the second acquisition of Amancio Ortega under residential real estate in the US, after accepting to acquire the New York Building this year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Amancio Ortega gets hundreds of millions of euros in dividends each year for a 59% stake owned in Inditex SA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">His most significant investment is an office building in Seattle. And it is the landlord of Amazon.com Inc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The company has diversified its investment by surpassing real estate, it covers telecommunications, energy infrastructure, and renewable energy plants. In 2022, Pontegadea also invested about $700 million in logistics facilities in the United States.
