This city is included in the top ten cities of India due to its evolving role in the real estate market. It continues to interest international and domestic investors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Industrial &amp; Logistics sector marked 13% of the overall land deals. In addition, data centers accounted for 6% of land transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As per the CBRE India\u2019s Chairman and CEO, the increase in land deals in upcoming sectors like data centres indicates the diversity and strength of the Indian Real Estate Market.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With Hyderabad\u2019s leading urban development plans and strategic investments, the city will foresee continued growth.
