Even the booking value in the H1 of FY25, grew over Rs. 13,800 Crore with 89% growth year on year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the MD and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homebazaar.com\/builders\/godrej-properties\">Godrej Properties<\/a>, the company\u2019s robust sales performance has resulted in record collections with a growth of 62% to over Rs. 7000 Cr. The operational cash flow also grew over 200% in the H1 FY25 to over Rs. 2800 Cr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The collections saw a growth of 68% in Q2 FY25 representing a year on year growth. It stood over Rs. 4000 Cr.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPL has also planned eight new projects in year to date FY25.
