The villas will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Initiated in 2018, the project spans 31 acres of land and has been funded with an investment of Rs 271 crore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each villa is equipped with essential amenities including a overhead tank, water sump, lawn, &amp; parking facility. The complex boasts a 44,000 sqft clubhouse featuring contemporary amenities, a sprawling park spanning 5 lakh sqft, a cricket ground, basketball court, &amp; children&#8217;s playground.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The housing complex comprises 170 4-BHK villas and 152 3-BHK villas, each adhering to a set base price of Rs 75 lakh and Rs 1.1 crore respectively. However, officials have noted that the villa prices might undergo a 10% increase compared to the base price by the time they are officially available for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Additionally, the BDA has also undertaken the construction of an apartment complex comprising 320 1-BHK flats within the vicinity.
