According to a BSE filing by the business, Godrej Properties signed a contract for the acquisition of land in Khalapur-Raigad, Maharashtra.
The proposed project, which spans around 89 acres and is close to the Imagicaa, is thought to have very potential development of over 1.9 million square feet of sealable area, mostly made up of housing plotted developments.
The business just purchased 60 acres outright close to Chennai’s Oragadam Junction. This project offers a potential developable area of roughly 1.6 million square feet of sealable space.
