The CMD of Hiranandani Communities stated his opinion – “The launch of this new residential project is intended to align with the market requirement as our aim is to hold strong demand for luxurious houses post-COVID. The Hiranandani Fortune City of Panvel has already provided more than 2200 houses around 2.5 million sq. ft of residential space & commercial spaces of around 2 million sq. ft.”
Later he continued saying – “Currently, the Panvel real estate market is booming as the development of mega infrastructure projects are in pipeline. This has already shown positive results in the north of Panvel with a rise in the property price index. And this grabbed the attention of many branded developers to establish their projects here.
