Apartments and additional retail buildings will be included in the mix-used project Godrej Properties plans to build.
According to a BSE filing by the business, Godrej Properties has engaged in a sales deed
agreement to purchase a 28-acre block of land close to Whitefield in Bengaluru in order to build a mixed-use project that includes residences and supporting stores.
In order to build a high-end residential complex, the company recently purchased Raj Kapoor’s bungalow at Deonar Farm in Chembur, Bombay. The Kapoor family’s farm was purchased.
For the quarter that was completed on Dec 31, 2022, Godrej Properties recorded an increase in net consolidated profit of 44.54 per cent. Their earnings before taxes (PAT) was Rs 56.40 cr in the third quarter of the Financial Year 2023 as opposed to Rs 39.02 crore in the same period of the previous year.
Its net overall profit for the third quarter of the Financial Year 2023 was Rs 404.58 cr, down 13.35% from Rs 466.91 crore it reported for the same time last year.
