Authorities have disclosed that 322 elegant villas are being prepared in Bangalore for potential buyers, and those interested can submit their applications online. The villas will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Initiated in 2018, the project spans 31 acres of land and has been funded with an investment of Rs 271 crore.
Each villa is equipped with essential amenities including a overhead tank, water sump, lawn, & parking facility. The complex boasts a 44,000 sqft clubhouse featuring contemporary amenities, a sprawling park spanning 5 lakh sqft, a cricket ground, basketball court, & children’s playground.
The housing complex comprises 170 4-BHK villas and 152 3-BHK villas, each adhering to a set base price of Rs 75 lakh and Rs 1.1 crore respectively. However, officials have noted that the villa prices might undergo a 10% increase compared to the base price by the time they are officially available for sale.
Additionally, the BDA has also undertaken the construction of an apartment complex comprising 320 1-BHK flats within the vicinity. Villa proprietors can acquire these apartments for approximately Rs 14 lakh each, offering accommodations for their supporting staff like maids and drivers.
The BDA’s assistant executive engineer has confirmed that the construction is reaching its final stages, with all remaining work projected to conclude within the upcoming two months.
