In order to build a multi-story residential building, Mahindra World City Developers, a division of Mahindra Lifespace Developers transferred a permanent lease on land measuring 9.24 acres in Mahindra World City in Chennai to the Alliance Group for Budget Housing.
The existing residential and business options in Mahindra World City will be supplemented by this project.
Amit Kumar Sinha was recently added to the board of directors by the corporation, effective February 23, 2023. From February 23, 2023, through May 22, 2023, Sinha has been designated as the company’s managing director (designate). He will start serving as the company’s MD & CEO on May 23, 2023, and he will hold that position for five years, ending on May 22, 2028.
In the quarter that concluded on December 31, 2022, it recorded a growth in net consolidated profit of 37.17%. Their net profit post-tax (PAT) was Rs 34.10 CR in the third quarter of FY23 a contrast to Rs 24.86 Cr in a similar quarter of FY22.
Its net combined income in the third quarter of FY23 was Rs 198.14 Cr, up 494.66 per cent from Rs 33.32 crore in the same quarter of FY22.
