According to the latest reports, the renowned actor Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan bought residential properties in Mumbai’s Mulund West. It was worth Rs. 25 Cr.
Mulund West is an attractive residential hub renowned for its detailed connectivity to the western and central parts of Mumbai.
A real estate consultant stated that the actors have owned properties in Mulund West worth Rs. 24.95 Cr. in Oberoi Eternia. The residence offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments ready for possession.
The apartments span on an overall carpet area of 10,216 sq ft. encompassing 10 apartments purchased in total.
The deal sustained a total stamp duty of Rs. 1.50 Cr. along with two separate parking spaces included in each of the transactions.
Abhishek Bachchan purchased 6 apartments worth Rs. 14.77 Cr while Amitabh Bachchan acquired the rest 4 as per the statement.
