According to a BSE filing, Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired a 60-acre land lot in Chennai’s Oragadam Junction entirely.
According to projections, the proposed project has a developable capability of roughly 1.6 million square feet of saleable space, mostly made up of residential plot developments.
Recently, Godrej Properties made an outright purchase of land of roughly 9 Acres in Gurugram, Haryana. A premium residential complex totalling over 1.6 million square feet will be available through this project.
In Kurukshetra, it also made an outright purchase of land totalling about 62 acres. Residential planned developments of over 1.4 million square feet will be available through this project.
