Some of them are mentioned below.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Wayside Amenities<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As per the plan, various wayside amenities will be installed on Delhi Mumbai Expressway at almost 93 places.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will cover hotels, food courts, retail shops, ATMs, fuel stations, and electric vehicle charging stations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This expressway is the first one in India to have helipads. It will also have well-serviced trauma centers at every distance of 100 km for the safety of accident victims.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Electric Highway<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In March 2021, Nitin Gadkari clarified about making Delhi Mumbai Expressway an e-Highway i.e. electric highway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The speed limit for trucks and buses will be around 120 km\/hr. This will help us to minimize the cost of logistics by 70 %. This will be possible as huge vehicles will run using electricity instead of diesel.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Environment-Friendly<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delhi Mumbai Expressway will be built as environment-friendly. As it will have a tree cover of around 20 lakh trees. A drip irrigation process will be used to water those plants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A rainwater harvesting system will be installed every 500m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">State grids and solar energy will be mixed as power supply sources for lighting the expressway during the night.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Wildlife Crossings<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This bridge will be the first one in India to have animal bridges.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Animal bridges are mainly built for the safety of wildlife from this infrastructure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Five animal bridges are built and the combined length will be around 2.5 km. Later it got postponed to January 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And now the latest deadline for the Delhi Mumbai Expressway completion is set for <\/span><b>December 2024.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Nearest Tourist Attractions from Delhi Mumbai Expressway<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This expressway will benefit in the aspects of connecting to tourist attractions as well.
