With Bhulekh, the Government of India has taken the initiative to digitize the land record.<\/p>\n

By building the online land records, the maintenance and access to the land records became
\nsimple and brought more transparency. So, under the Digital India Land Records Initiative, the
\ngovernment has aimed to keep the digital records of the land, maps, and mutations.<\/p>\n

The government has given guidelines for creating the Bhulekh for every state. Total 28 states
\nhave an online repository for the land record which allows to view and download the land records
